岗位职责
1、RASP (Remote Access System Pool) Support Ticket system, and analyzing support ticket data for trend
2、RASP Scheduler tool to register new systems and update data
3、Document any SHZ specific hardware setups for RASP wiki update
4、Join in Bi-weekly Sys Admin Sync meeting
5、Learn and Maintain key RASP data on IP ranges(DD1)\HTTPS Certs(Venafi)\Switches\PXE
server\PDU's\KVMs
6、Learn and Improve from RASP Inside Blue site
岗位要求
1、 Bachelor/Master's degree with technical majors
2、 Proficient in both Linux and Windows
3、 Knowledge of computer architecture and Computer hardware
4、 Basic knowledge of networking
5、 Self-starter, able to handle many requests at the same time
6、 Good communication, comfortable interacting with global customer base
7、 Excellent disciplinary
8、 Server knowledge is a plus
9、Can take intern till 15 th Mar.2021
