The International Graduate Program is designed for young generation and will give you the opportunity to make a difference to the millions of people who rely on our products.

 

The China international graduate program is an at least 22-month journey, personal development. You will develop consisting of three rotations. During this program, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and skills relevant to your chosen track and the needs of the business.

1. Diabetes Marketing ：
   Introduction: 
   22-month Programme, including 3 rotations: 
   -Marketing department in China(8 months)
   -overseas rotations(8 months)
   -sales rotation in China(6 months)
    
2. Region China Digital Hub ： Introduction: 
   22-month Programme, including 3 rotations:
   -Region China Digital Hub in China(8 months)
    -overseas rotations(8 months)
   -sales rotation in China(6 months)
    
    
3. Finance Department：
   Introduction: 
   24-month Programme, including 4 rotations:
   1. rotations in Finance and relevant departments in China(12 months)
      -1 rotation in Finance overseas(6 months)
      -1 rotation in sales department in China(6 months)
       
4. Digital Finance   ： Introduction: 
   24-month Programme, including 4 rotations:
   1. rotations in Finance and relevant departments in China(12 months)
      -1 rotation in Finance overseas(6 months)
      -1 rotation in sales department in China(6 months)
       
       
5. Biopharm Business Unit ：
   Introduction: 
   22-month Programme,including 3 rotations:
   - Biopharm Business Unit in China(8 months)
   -overseas rotations(8 months)
   -sales rotation in China(6 months)
    
    
   General requirements：
   • • A master’s degree from 2010 to 2021 in a relevant field and above average academic achievements
     • International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
     • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
     • International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change
     • Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
     • Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
