招聘岗位职责与要求：

AR/VR Nano Optics Engineer (全职，上海/杭州)

Key responsibilities:

 

• Develop next generation AR/VR camera.

• Computational design of nanophotonic devices for next generation AR/VR camera with advanced optical, electrical and thermal functionalities. 

• Fabrication of nanophotonic devices.

• Development of optical and electrical characterization tools for high-throughput and large-scale characterization of fabricated structures.

• Assessment of large-scale fabrication feasibility. This includes characterization in terms of their structural and optical properties, identification of fundamental limitations and limitations imposed by fabrication tools.

• Development of alternative designs and process recipes to enable large scale high-yield fabrication with minimum defect density and optimized uniformity.

• Assessment of reliability, stability, and robustness (thermal, environmental, mechanical) of fabricated devices.

• Collaborative teamwork with a group of nanophotonic engineers and electrical engineers on prototyping.

   

  Required qualifications:

   

• MS/PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering or relevant Applied Sciences

   

  Desired relevant experience:

   

• 3+ years of experience in advanced lithography tools and processes (ebeam, nanoimprint, phase mask lithography etc.).

• Experience with FFT, FEM and FDTD Simulation tools, e.g. Lumerical, COMSOL, etc.

• Semiconductor device physics and modelling.

• Optical and Electrical Characterization of nanophotonics/optical systems.

• Fast technical and/or scientific document generation/modification.

• Self-motivated with the ability to align priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Desired relevant experience:
