【ICV Validation Engineer】
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and execution of robust validation methods that comprehend component and its system requirements and functionalities
Define validation criteria and methods for component and its system definition and functionality to meet performance requirements
Execute validation procedures on both bench and vehicle properties.
Analyze and interpret test data against pass/fail criteria
Document test status including both success failures
Root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
Write PRTS for issues found during the results review. Ensure proper closure of issues.
Work with, and coordinate validation activities across multiple teams as required by features/system.
Collaborate with System Engineers in defining requirements and interface across domains
Leverage Global TIEs in the development of validation methodology and procedures for system requirements
Participate in feature/system technical reviews as appropriate.
Travel as needed
Required Qualifications:
BS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
Understanding of component/feature/systems requirements and the ability to translate the requirements into validation test procedures and use cases.
Knowledge of calibration, vehicle development and active safety area
Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of electrical and computer engineering
Ability to manage multiple project assignments and switch between tasks as timing and resources dictate.
High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
【ICV Sensor test lab Engineer】
Responsibilities
Develop robust validation methods that comprehend sensor and its system requirements and functionalities.
Define validation criteria and methods for sensor and its system definition and functionality to meet performance requirements.
Set up the validation tests in ICV sensor lab.
Run the tests, collect data, analyze results, and thereafter evaluate the performance of the sensors.
Document test status including both success and failures.
Trouble shoot any problems in the tests. Root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Align the results with the tests in NA. Modify/develop local test protocols and software codes if necessary.
Collaborate with other teams to set up sensors in vehicles, and responsible for the performance of these sensors.
Execute validation procedures on both bench and vehicle properties.
Collaborate with System Engineers in defining requirements and interface across domains
Participate in feature/system technical reviews as appropriate.
Support overall sensor lab running.
Required Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
1 - 3 years experience in vehicle component and subsystem validation lab
Understanding of component/feature/systems requirements and the ability to translate the requirements into validation test procedures and use cases.
Knowledge of sensors, camera, radar, lidar processing, image processing and functions
Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of electrical and computer engineering
Ability to manage multiple project assignments and switch between tasks as timing and resources dictate.
High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area
High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Desired Skills
3+ years’ experience in Active Safety feature validation in lab environment
Master’s in electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science
Vehicle performance integration experience
Understanding of the use of complex vehicle instrumentation and data logging
Understanding of vehicle communications protocols such as CAN and Ethernet
Knowledge of Vehicle Spy, MicroAutobox, ETAS INCA
DFSS Certification
【Embedded Software Developer】

Responsibilities
Design and develop large-scale automotive embedded software systems.
Generate and evaluate functional and non-functional design specification.
Develop and maintain various engineering tools used to debug, analyze, and validate embedded products.
Support production software lifecycle including development, debugging and ongoing sustaining.
Required Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering
Fluent in C / C++ object orientated programming skills.
Experience in RTOS, software development and verification methodology, version control and automation tools.
Good understanding of common embedded architectures and real time systems (GHS, QNX).
Fluent in python programming
Good understanding of operating system fundamentals.
Familiar with CMake cross-platform software building tool.
Experience with troubleshooting tools (JTAG).
Experience with interactive shell and other command line tools.
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, globally, and with joint ventures
High level of analytical problem-solving skills where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult
Desired Skills
Exposure to SoC bring up.
Knowledge of ARM architecture
Knowledge of automotive ethernet communication and tools (wireshark)

【Software Engineer】
Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned domain, including requirements, system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the infotainment software.
Participate in the design of a best-in-class in-vehicle platform for GM infotainment systems.
Follow GM software development process where quality comes first and ensure that the designed solutions conform to architectural requirements such as scalability, maintainability, reliability, extensibility, usability and security.
Engage in all regular software development activities such as architecture, feature requirements, design, code, and test case reviews to ensure that the team delivers high quality code on time.
Work on new feature development, as well as maintenance of existing features and bug fixes.
Collaborate with team members in software development activities using the Scrum/Agile development process.
Provide clear and complete documentation based on the definition of the software development process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline;
Considerable programming experience in Java and C/C++
Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem solving skills
In-depth knowledge on Android runtime, Java/native heap management and binder communications
Working knowledge of SCM tools such as: GIT, JIRA, Eclipse IDE etc.
Good communication skill in English and Chinese, interpersonal skill Preferred.
