招聘简章Legal Intern at MoFo Shanghai Office
Morrison & Foerster is launching a legal internship program with our Shanghai office. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned practitioners who are dedicated to nurture young talents’ potential. The selected candidates will immerse in challenging transactions or cases, and gain real-world experience in a wide array of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, private equity and venture capital, technology transactions, capital markets and dispute resolution. Morrison & Foerster will provide candidates with exceptional real-world deal exposure and will facilitate the candidates to establish good comprehension of the legal and business framework.
Who we are looking for:
Possession of an undergraduate law degree with top law schools in China.
Presently enrolled as a second-year master's student or a third-year JD student with an esteemed international law school or Chinese law school.
Demonstrates a strong academic track record.
Candidates who have passed the PRC Bar Exam is preferred.
Proficiency in the English language and exceptional communication abilities.
Terms & business hours:
Our internship program lasts for at least 3 months, with potential to extend for a longer period of time.
