As a UX Designer Intern, you will work on a specific project critical to SAP Consumer Industries Cloud’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You work together with a highly motivated and creative team of international interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers. You closely collaborate with Product Owners and Development to enable users to do their business in the most effective and efficient manner.

⚫ You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the end user

⚫ You feel responsible for your work and accompany your designs throughout the design-driven development process

⚫ Gathering end-user requirements by organizing, executing, and moderating end-user site visits, focus groups and user days including collection and synthesis of results.

⚫ Development of user interface designs using various prototyping techniques and documented in UI specifications

⚫ Verification of designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users

⚫ You are offering design support and consulting for the development teams

⚫ Build bridges and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

⚫ Work closely with product management, architects, product experts and fellow designers to bring requirements to the product

⚫ Major in Interaction Design, Human Interaction, Industrial Design, New Media, etc.

⚫ Have interest in interaction design (ideally application design or design concepts)

⚫ Advanced user of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite 

⚫ Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, and coordinate and deliver content

⚫ Enrolled as full time (全日制) and can work for minimum 4 days a week for at 6 months or longer.

The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:

1. Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process. 

2. Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline)

3. Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process. 

Digital Sales Development Associate generates and qualifies leads through proper means, and nurtures aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned Account Executives for further sales progress.

The Digital Sales Development Associate will be co-located in the Digital Hub. They will be joining in territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales roles.

⚫ 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.

⚫ Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work.

⚫ High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System.

⚫ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills

⚫ Highly positive “can do” attitude to make things happen and willingness to learn fast

⚫ Ability to multi-task and prioritize

⚫ Strong project management and analytical skills, integrity and team spirit

⚫ Fluency in English required

⚫ Fluency in any other languages in Asia Pacific and Japan preferred

⚫ Enrolled full-time and can work for minimum 3 days a week for 6 months or longer

Your mission as an SDA (Sales Development Associate) is to help your SDE (Sales Development Executive) and Sales Teams to engage with customers at the right time, with the right key decision maker you have profiled and the right personalized content. Your actions will enable the Sales Team to have an insightful next meeting with their customers and you will contribute to SAP’s revenue growth in our MM (Mid-Market) business segment.

In this role, you will impact this important part of SAP’s work by learning:

⚫ You are ready to commit to a fulltime placement for 6 months

⚫ You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

⚫ You pay attention to details as well as ability to deliver highly qualitive work and results

⚫ You are strongly driven, proactive with a problem-solver and adaptable mindset

⚫ You work well within a diverse team as well as being able to work independently

⚫ You have a capacity to listen actively to understand assignments, identify priorities to be able to deliver expected results

⚫ You have the objective to develop your career as Sales and Leader in the next 5 to 10 years
