Key Responsibilities and Duties
1.Demand Plan: Per brand strategy for long-term rolling forecast and promotion plan for short-term forecast and replenishment. Reviewed and validated plan to achieve real demand plan.
2.Replenishment Plan: With validated offtake forecast, building supply plan to secure the sales target. Quick response to dynamic demand plan is must skill.
3 .Stock Management: Required scheduled analysis of stock analysis, providing insight to stock level and bad stock, making sure stock balance among RDC.
4.Catalogue Management and master data & system maintenance: Maintained SKU level stock equation, provided insight and ideas by catalogue management. Be qualified to understand the SAP and OMS system logic, ensure the data accuracy in system.
5. Other tasks/projects assigned by line management.
Minimum Requirements
1.Bachelor degree above, major in economics, mathematics, supply chain management and other relatives.
2.Strong English skills in reading, speaking, listening and writing is must.
3.Be good at data analysis, have clear and talent in data understanding
4.Outstanding communication skill across internal and external functions
5.Have solid sense of responsibility; be owner of brand business, cope with stress
